Electrical maintenance for whole home electrical inspection
Maintenance package for yearly maintenance inspection. This includes but is not limited to:
- Visual health inspection of all receptacles, switches, and light fixtures
- Inspection of all wall plugs for polarity and hold strength to confirm this is still at required level
- All covers will be visually inspected if they are still in place, solidly installed and not broken
- Fire alarm function test
- There will be a thermal camera test for hot spots in the main panel, to prevent wire burn and breaker failure
- High voltage insulation test on underground dedicated feeds for auxiliary buildings and equipment as hot tubs and pools, to make sure cables are still in good condition and safety is still provided
- Breaker label check to see if label still corresponds with breaker
- Main panel test for any unused openings/missing covers
- All GFCI’s & Arc-Fault breakers if installed will be tested
- Weatherproof covers will be tested to see if they still function properly
- Voltage check in main panel and receptacles
- Back-up generation check for functionality and access log for maintenance history, to see if separate generator maintenance is required

We are proud to now offer hydro pole installation and replacements. We are a licensed ESA member and have all the expertise need to complete hydro pole replacements. There are specific requirements that need to be met when installing or replacing poles. We have done this many times before and will make the process pain free for you and your family!
